He has suffered from hepatitis B for 4 years. Thirst and bitter taste in the mouth. Like warm water or cold water and drink much water. Fatigue. He sleeps 8 hours a day.

No dizziness. Slight jaundice of the eyes. No tinnitus. Stuffy nose. Poor appetite. Abdominal distention. Distention of hepatic region and slightly prickly pains there. The stool is not sloppy. The right pulse is a bit thready. Kidney pulse is feeble. Thready and moderate as to the left pulse. Reddish tongue tip. The tongue coating is thin and yellow. Improvement of the dry and fissured tongue body.

The urine is slightly yellow. Tooth-marks on the edges of the tongue. The tongue coating is thin and yellow. Thready and weak pulse.
